Furniture Donations
We have our own furniture collection van with some fantastic volunteer drivers who are available to collect large items and house clearances.
Please drop off smaller items in our Hub in Littleborough where our sorting staff will deal with them.
We welcome most items of furniture but we concentrate on essentials, things that are ideal to help needy families with an empty property.
Being always short of staff we can’t take furniture that needs reassembly.
*WE ARE CURRENTLY VERY SHORT OF COTS / TODDLER BEDS / NEWBORN PRAMS / WARDROBES DRAWERS
Things we can’t take at the moment are :
- Children’s car seats
- Crash helmets
- TV units (we have so many)
- Corners / display cabinets
- CD racks
We are always short of:
- Wheelchairs
- Double prams and buggies
- Incontinence pads
To help us organise collections please give as much details as you can.
The driver will always ring to make sure it’s ready, available and you are at home.
Not wanting to appear ‘ picky ‘ please only offer furniture that is in good clean working order, don’t be offended if the driver says he can’t accept it ,
